We recently held a seminar by Prof. Hans Joosten, “The Golden Helmet: Limitations and Prospects of Uncovering the Truth in the Past.”

Prof. Joosten is a peatland scientist at the University of Greifswald and a long-time expert on wetlands and peatland conservation.
The seminar took place on April 30 (Thursday) and was attended both on-site and via Zoom. We welcomed seven guests in person from Warsaw, Berlin, and Görlitz. The discussion was highly engaging, with many questions raised by participants both in the room and online.
While 59 participants registered for the event, not all were able to attend. The recording and presentation materials are now available here.
